Registration
The Lygnernslingan 85 km has a maximum limit of 100 runners, while the other courses have no maximum limit.
All courses except for the 85 km Lygnernslingan will remain open for registration until November 9. The registration for the 85 km closes on November 2 unless the maximum of 100 runners has already been reached.
Note: After October 1, there will be a price increase for all distances!

Before the Race
The start and finish lines are at Lygnevi IP in Sätila, and the arena is next to the lodge. Parking is available next to Lygnevi IP, and we kindly ask you to follow the signs from Sätila center. The nearest bus stop is Sätila Kyrka, approximately 700m from Lygnevi IP.
Bib Collection:
- Friday, November 8: 17:00 – 20:00 at Hälsohuset, Skogshällsvägen 3, Sätila.
- Saturday, November 9: From 05:00 at Lygnevi IP.
Please collect your bib well in advance of your start time to reduce congestion and queues at the arena.
Your bib must be attached to your stomach or leg and be visible during the race. Note: Do not fold the bib, as there is a timing chip on the back.

The start line is adjacent to the arena at Lygnerns strand. Runners should arrive at the start area 10 minutes before their start time for a briefing on race information.
Inside the arena, you can leave your bag with a change of clothes. Please label it with your bib number and place it in the designated area. (The organizer is not responsible for valuables.)
For the 85km Lygnernslingan, you can leave a drop bag with clothes/energy during the race. Use a waterproof bag and label it with:
DROPBAG ÄSKHULT + Name and Bib Number
Drop bags for Äskhult should be submitted near the start in good time before the race and will be transported to the aid station. When the aid station closes, the bags will be returned to the venue.
If you wish to register for the 5 km – 43 km classes, you can do so until 1 hour before each class starts, either directly via the website or at the race reception at the venue.

During the Race
The courses are marked with red and white ribbons, signs, and reflectors. You can find all course details under their respective distances, including downloadable GPX files. Please study the course carefully before your race and pay attention to the markings along the way, especially at intersections.
5 & 10 km:

43 km:
- Hydration for 20 km (minimum 0.15 liters)
- Energy (minimum 200 kcal)

Important Reminders:
- Just feeling tired and needing to walk for a bit can lead to getting cold—therefore, please be diligent about the mandatory gear. For your safety and to ensure you have a pleasant experience on the trails!
- Your mobile phone should last the entire race. A power bank is recommended.
- Any deliberate littering in nature will result in disqualification!
- There are aid stations along all courses for energy and hydration. A variety of supplies will be available at the different aid stations, including Umara sports drink, water, candy, coffee, chips, broth, Coca-Cola, and pastries.

UMARA Sports is the official supplier of sports drinks for Sätila Trail. Some of their products will also be available for sale at the arena.
All distances will have timing provided by EQtiming, using the chip attached to the back of your bib number.
Runners in the 85 km event will have GPS tracking. These will be distributed during bib collection at the venue before the race and must be worn throughout the event. This allows us to monitor runners during the race and will also be available live at the venue for those interested.
Note: Failure to return the GPS device will result in a charge to the runner.

Cut-off Times:
- 21 km: Navåsen closes at 10:00
- 35 km: Helsjön closes at 12:45
- 50 km: Äskhult closes at 16:00
- 58.5 km: Fjärås closes at 17:45
- 69 km: Lerbäck closes at 20:00
- 78 km: Ramhultafallet closes at 22:00
- Finish line closes at 00:00 on Sunday morning.
After the Race
The finish line is located at the lodge on the venue. At the finish, you will receive a medal, warm delicious soup, bread, and fruit.
Near the finish area, there will also be a café offering various snacks, meals, and coffee from 10:00 to 17:00 on race day.
All distances will have timing provided by EQtiming, using the chip attached to the back of your bib number. Results will be continuously updated on EQTiming’s website and will also be available immediately after finishing.
For each distance, prizes will be awarded to the top three in each category and class. Award ceremonies will take place near the finish line for each class as soon as the results are ready. Please listen for announcements from the speaker.
